What happens after you submit?

- We may contact you to verify that you own the account.
- Account data and associated personal information will be deleted where applicable.
- Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment card numbers, or other
sensitive authentication information through this form.
